Improve UI of NEO v2

We have made some ux improvements:

There are now easy ways to switch between projects using the breadcrumb.
We have marked the default projects with ‘default’.
You can now also create new projects directly in a workspace.
Views that are recently open are now listed.
New Filter by Tags Option on all views

We’ve extended the existing “Update Form on Change” option in Elements ✨🙌. In addition to refreshing the form when a field value changes, you can now define a listener property that calls a backend method or event. This makes it easier to hook dynamic form behavior directly into your process logic.
