CustomSideMenuItems with structured submenu

Hi,

I have checked the example for customization (Version 10 & 12) and I saw thta there is a process CustomLoadSubMenuItems where we can configure own entries at the sidemenu, but I was not able to configure there something with structure like this:

So main menu item "Instruction" has 3 children "New Instruction", "Search" & "Instruction Configuration". Also menu item "Instruction Configuration" has 2 children "Distribution List" & "Distribution Template"

Is there a possibility to do something like this without changing the original portal-project?

It's only possible now to add new main menu, but not possible to have multi level sub menu like that

Thanks, ok we will implement it in our own way.
Is there something planned to create a possibility for this in future releases?
