Could anyone recommend some good examples or sample apps using CaseMap?
I'm researching the CaseMap feature, and
I'd like to deploy CaseMap examples within my company, but it's difficult to share.
I tried running the "Lending" sample app (in the protal-user-example app), but I wasn't sure when to use it since the process couldn't be structured based on BPM.
- It seems like a process that deviates from BPM thinking, so when would I use it?
- In a CaseMap process, why can't the initiator who executed the first process be granted permission to execute the process?
Example: A customer support inquiry app
- The inquirer writes a question and submits it
- A customer support member writes the answer (controllable by role)
- The inquirer confirms the answer <= Process execution permission cannot be assigned to the initiator at this point.
With the above usage, I don't think CaseMap is large enough to be used, but I'm not sure how to use it effectively... .
