Limiting Absence Options Based on Task Assignment Model

In Axon Ivy, users can configure different absence substitution options (role-based and personal).
In our setup, Service Advisors always receive personally assigned tasks, never role-based ones.
Because of this, the role-based substitution option only causes confusion.

Is there a way to hide or disable role-based absence options for certain user roles, so that only substitutions for personally assigned tasks are allowed?

At the moment, Portal does not provide a configuration option to hide or disable role-based absence substitution for specific user roles. The absence substitution settings are applied globally and are available to all users.

I understand that in setups like yours where Service Advisors only work with personally assigned tasks, the role-based substitution option may not be relevant and can cause confusion.
