Configuring Case Task Table Columns in Acon Ivy

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the case view in Acon Ivy.

When I open a case, I can see all related processes/tasks at the bottom in a table. I would like to know:

Where can I configure which columns are visible in this table?

Is it possible to include custom case fields in the table?

Can I adjust the width of each individual column?

I already checked the dashboard configurations, but I couldn’t find any option for this there.

Additionally, is there any way to enable text wrapping within the table cells so that the full content is visible? Or is adjusting the column width the only available option?

Hi there, thank you for your questions.

1.Where can I configure which columns are visible in this table?
You could click on the "Spalten verwalten" (Manage Columns) button
Uncheck "Default" to enable individual column selection and start to check/uncheck columns.

Currently not supported in the Related Tasks widget on the Case Detail page (you could see the custom fields in task/case widget)

3.Can I adjust the width of each individual column?
Currently not supported in the Related Tasks widget on the Case Detail page (you could do it also in the task/case widget)

4.Text wrapping in table cells

The text wrapping within this UI also not supported currently. Howethe tooltips could show the whole long description as you can see in the picture. Or else you need to adjust the column width in the task/case widget to show it.
