Project validation via project-build-plugin

All known project validations become available in Maven build. Very important technical hint: We no longer need to download an Axon Ivy Engine for building a project. Download an Axon Ivy Engine is now only needed when you run integration tests (WebTests). This will make your build much more fast and no longer requires to download a full blown engine.

HTML dialog preview command

As it was possible in the old Eclipse Designer and for Form Dialogs, you can now open in the VS Code extension the preview for XHTML Dialog files.
