Hi, I apologize if this question has been asked before, but if I search for "double click" I get all result for "double" or "click", not "double" and "click" (about 100 results, too much to read all).
So the question is: When the user receives an email from the application containing a reference to a new created task, and the user starts this task by double click (users sometimes do that), he will get two windows opened where the same task is loaded, and sometimes even worse he's getting an error because something is going wrong and the second task would show an error (code 409 "someone else started this task"). Is it possible to catch the "double click" somehow? As far as I know there is no scripting allowed in emails, so the only solution would be to cancel the second request on the server? Any suggestions what to do here?
