Permission Settings Are Not Preserved

In Axon Ivy Designer, we find it inconvenient that permission settings need to be reconfigured every time the Designer is restarted.
Is there any way to manage and apply permission settings from the application configuration side?
For example, is it possible to:

Add or define permissions in configuration files such as Role.xml or User.xml, or
Automatically load and apply permission settings during deployment?

We would like to know whether such functionality is supported, or if there is a recommended best practice to avoid manually reconfiguring permissions after each restart.

In addition, this issue is not limited to Axon Ivy Designer.
When applying permissions to Axon Ivy Engine as well, permissions currently need to be configured manually.
Would it be possible to automatically assign and apply permission settings during application deployment, instead of requiring manual configuration after deployment?

As Lukas mentioned, we are currently rethinking Axon Ivy’s entire permissions model. In customer interviews, several participants brought up the feature you requested, so the new concept may include it in one form or another.

In the meantime the solution suggested by Lukas is the best you can do.

We have also already thought about somehow add the permissions settings to the design time (e.g. via the user, role configs). However we also always wanted to overwork the whole permission model, so I think this is the main reason why we didn't do some improvements in this part.

As far as I know the main way we recommend in this case is to write a small process, which then does this permissions config to the users / roles via the API.
