Analyze and improve Portal performance for global search, task, case widgets
In a large dataset, a user using global search feature with a single character like 'a' will return a lot of results which will hurt the peformance and not so practical in real case scenario.
In this story we introduce a new variable MinimumKeywordLength: set minimum number of characters required before the global search runs.
The feature will reduce the returned results and make the search performance better 😄
