If a task has been claimed or delegated to a specific user or role before expiry, is there a standard way to retain the current assignee after expiry?
During expiry handling, ivy.task appears to reference a SYSTEM task. How can we reliably retrieve the original responsible user, role, or group of the expired task?
If the task was originally assigned to a Role or Security Member Group, how can we determine which role/group was responsible before the expiry event executed?
We would appreciate confirmation of the expected Axon Ivy behavior and any recommended approach to preserve the current assignee on task expiry.
