2 - Migration Wizard improvements

Check if licence is still valid for the new Axon Ivy Engine. If the license is no longer valid a new UI allows to upload a new licence.
Move runtime data to new Axon Ivy Engine in case of Standard Migration and if the paths are relative defined to the current Axon Ivy Engine Installation directory (Data.Directory, Data.AppDirectory, Data.FilesDirectory).
Show logs in the Engine Cockpit
A new summary shows potential issues with the new Axon Ivy Engine
Copy jars from dropins directory
Analyze patches directory
Convert ivy.yaml and app.yaml to newest version after migration

3 - Variables Editor Validation

The Variables Editor now shows warning messages like the previous one used to. With this, the first implementation of metadata communication between the Engine and the Editor has been achieved.
