Approval step for feedback comments
A new approval process is being introduced for feedback management of the connectors. On the detail page, only approved feedback is visible, while users can still see their own pending feedback, which appears blurred with the note "Approval pending." The rules for adding and updating feedback have been refined to ensure consistency. A dedicated feedback approval page with secure token validation has been introduced, along with clear guidelines on when the approve and reject buttons are available and how they function.

We have given the Docuware connector a fresh coat of paint: It is now possible to integrate more than one instance. Several Filecabinets can also be addressed simultaneously in a query.

In the process analyer it is currently not possible to analyze processes with more than one alternative. This has been fixed with the new release.
KPI "Duration" implemented
In the proces analyzer it is now possible to analyze the duration of a certain task - splitted by working time and idle time.
