Axon.ivy has a control mechanism for the requests that drives the processes. I will warn if a request lasts longer than five minutes for normal request driving by normal users and an hour for requests driving by System user. Normally that warning means that your processes is lost in a loop or blocked. For a process developer that means it has to take action and fix the problem in the process design, because an endless looping process consumes quite a lot of cpu resources.
However, for some long running import process (as the finova data import) it can be false positive.
You can set the level of the log category 'ch.ivyteam.ivy.bpm.engine.internal.monitor' to 'FATAL' to suppress the log entry to be written to the logs. See https://dev.axonivy.com/doc/9.1/engine-guide/monitoring/logging.html?highlight=log for details.
