I just wanted to inform you that with LE v13.1 and LTS v14 the serenity-ivy theme will no longer be part of our products. We already deprecated the theme with LTS v10: https://developer.axonivy.com/features/deprecation.
We did this because of the following reasons:
- The current included version (v2.1.1) does not officially support the current included PrimeFaces version (v13). So there are widgets in PrimeFaces that will not be styled by the theme, or have problems. As the chances are really high that we update to a newer PrimeFaces version until we release LTS v14 the chances are even higher that there are more problems with the Serenity theme.
- We cannot update the theme easily to a newer version, because there are changes in the style of the theme, which can cause breaks in the UI
- Also is the Serenity theme no longer maintained by the creators
- We have already a new theme freya-ivy since LTS v10 that also support dark mode.
So if you are currently running on LTS v10 or v12 I think it is now the best time to migrate your Dialog to the Freya theme.
