Is that the official demo/sample package for Designer?

(Obiously not completely, then some samples/demos are missing, like DocFactory demo)

Otherwise on market, there are only a few demos available, different from Tutorial 4.

So, how do I get all the demos and samples as shown in Tutorial 4?

Or just skip the tutorials, because those are all for deprecated Designer 9.1.

Yes, our sources for the demos live on Github.

We no longer maintain all Demos in one repo, the DocFactory you mentioned has its own instance

Did you check the market after all? There's a good search to look for items.
Also there you have to possibility to directly download built projects into your workspace.
In addition, we list the links to source repository of every product. Every listed item is OpenSource and accessible on Github.

Designer 9.1 is out of support. It's a leading edge version which was deprecated with the release of upcoming versions such as 9.2 and 9.3. But definitively end of life with LTS 10.
