Project running in engine open in designer?

Is it possible to open an Ivy project with the designer directly on the server where the Ivy project is running in an engine?

If so, how exactely?

So you want to have some sort of remote control over the project? Or do you just want to open the project deployed on the engine in your Designer?
What is your use-case? I'm not sure if I fully understand what you mean.

The projects you deploy on the engine live under applications/<app>/<pm>/<pmv-version>.iar so this is technically you project which you can import in your Designer (Import -> Axon Ivy -> Import as .iar).

Actually both, I'm trying to debug a running Ivy project directly in the Engine and also trying to deploy an Ivy project in a Designer. Because all I have is a running Ivy project in an outdated Engine v8.0.24. Outside of the Engine there is no backup of the Ivy project available.
So far I haven't found an iar file under <applications> to import.

Hi @DGR

Debugging a project from the Designer that is running on an Engine is not supported.
However, normally a Designer and an Engine should behave very similarly in most cases.

If it is not under applications you can see the correct path in the engine cockpit app detail view. All projects are under this location.
