Accessing Neo-Designer on a deployed AxonIvy 12 Engine

Is the Neo-Designer available on deployed AxonIvy 12 engines (i.e not Demo-Mode)?

So far I can access the neo designer only on local engines running in Demo-Mode:

Starting the engine on the designer and navigating to "http://localhost:8081/neo/"
Starting a demo engine for example through one of the docker samples and navigating to "http://localhost:8080/neo/"

However, when trying to access the Neo-Designer in the same way on our dev environment, which is using a licenced engine (AxonIvy 12) and has multiple applications running, like this "http://vm1234.company.com:8080/neo/" results in a "Not Found" error page.

For context the cockpit of this VM is available under "http://vm1234.company.com:8080/system/engine-cockpit/faces/dashboard.xhtml"

Mutations I have tried:

The link to access the Neo-Designer on the applications overview is also only visible if no engine has been installed.
The AxonIvy Docu for "Server-Setup" of the Neo-Designer also only references the Demo-Mode..

Does this mean the Neo-Designer is only reachable in Demo-Mode?

Yes, your conclusion is absolutely correct. Currently NEO Designer is only available on engines that are running in demo mode.

Furthermore, you point out that you access the NEO Designer via embedded engine that runs with the eclipse-based PRO Designer (localhost:8081). This is possible, but not recommended, as not all features are expected to work in this setup. We plan to disable this access point with XIVY-15878.
