Dear Technical Support Team,
I ran into following situation:
Change Security System to Ivy Security System:
Create a new Ivy user via Engine Cockpit
Use the new user's credentials to authenticate a secure Rest API (Successful)
Change Security System to LDAP Security System:
Synchronize users and restart the Engine
Use the user's credentials (which is created in Ivy Security System) to authenticate a secure Rest API (Cannot authenticate -> Unauthorized)
Use an user's credentials (which is synced from LDAP Security System) to authenticate a secure Rest API (Successful)
Existing users (created in Ivy Security System) cannot authenticate Rest API after a restart.
The question is, why is it behaves like that? Is it possible to let existing user can authenticate Rest API regardless switching between Security Systems?
I am looking forward to your answer.
Thanks in advance,
Khanh Nguyen
